SPELL CHECK
On the Review tab, in the proofing Group, click spelling and grammar.
Right-click the spelling and grammar Button, and then click Add to Quick Access Toolbar on the shortcut menu to add this command to the Quick Access Toolbar.
If the program finds spelling errors, a dialog box or task pane appears with the first spelling error that the spelling checker finds.
After correcting every word that has a spelling error, the program points to the next misspelled word, so you can decide what to do.
In Outlook or word only, the program shows you grammar errors after you finish pointing to spelling errors. In the spelling and grammar dialog box, click an option for each error.
OPENING OUTOMATIC CORRECTER
Click the File tab.
Under help, click options, and then click Install.
To turn on or off automatic spelling or automatic grammar checking in an open document:
Under exceptions for, click the name of the open file file.
Select or clear the hide spelling errors only in this document and hide grammar errors only check boxes in this document.
To turn automatic spelling checking and automatic grammar checking on or off in all documents that you will then create, do the following::
Under exceptions for, click all new documents.
Select or clear the hide spelling errors only in this document and hide grammar errors only check boxes in this document.
HOW DOES OUTOMATIC SPELLING CORECCTOR WORKS
When you check spelling automatically as you type, you can be sure that you don't have to correct too many typos. The Microsoft Office program can point to misspelled words while you are working, so you can easily find them, as in the following example.

You can right-click the misspelled word to see the suggested corrections.
HOW DOES THE OUTOMATIC GRAMMER CORRECTER WORKS
After the automatic grammar check is turned on, word and Outlook point to possible grammar and style errors while you work in Word documents and open outlook items (other than notes), as shown in the following example.
